Please be advised that in order to participate in a phone/Skype coaching session you will be required to fill out a coaching information sheet and a coaching agreement which will be provided to you after your purchase. You must agree to the terms of service before we can start our coaching session. If you do not agree to the terms of service in the agreement we will not be able to start the coaching session and you will be provided a full refund.
